INGRID HOBBS
Culture + Narrative Strategist
Founder, In House Studio
Ingrid on Culture: “It's how people feel when they walk in, and what makes it hard for them to walk away.”
I work at the intersection of culture and execution. Culture lives or dies in how people experience it, and if teams can’t see it, feel it, and move with it, the strategy doesn’t translate.
Partnering with leadership teams during moments that matter - growth, integration, repositioning, and scale - creates the greatest opportunity to close the gap between what leaders say and how teams experience the organization. It’s at those points where we examine the distance between ambition and how the organization actually runs, revealing how culture shows up in execution.
I built In House Studio to embed that work inside companies, bridging leadership ambition and team reality. I simplify complex internal communication, build platforms that reinforce clarity and connection, and capture stories across the business using video and hands-on production.
My career evolved from building and scaling inclusion functions inside global organizations. That deep experience taught me where alignment breaks and how quickly trust erodes when language and behavior diverge. Real change depends on translating ambition into consistent practice over time.
Today, I carry that work forward through confidential advisory engagements embedded with leadership teams. Through film, I surface the people and outcomes shaping the organization, from internal wins to meaningful partnership moments. At its core, this strengthens confidence in the company’s culture and its external voice.
My background spans global CPG, professional services, and founder-led brands. I stay close to the business and the people inside it to keep the focus on outcomes, always listening, always learning, and leading with connection.
