WELCOME

Hi, I’m Ingrid. I’m a culture strategist, inclusion leader, and passionate egalitarian. I believe culture isn’t a line item or a perk. It’s the operating system for everything that works.

WHAT I DO

My work centers around culture, employee experience, engagement, and development. I help organizations design environments where people feel seen, supported, and proud of what they do. Over the years, I’ve launched businesses, partnered with senior leaders, led global employee networks, and built programs that create real connection and spark meaningful change. Much of my career has been rooted in DEI, and I’ve seen how that work must evolve to stay relevant and human.

Most recently, I was part of the global DEI and Culture leadership team at one of the world’s largest luxury spirits companies. I helped shape strategies that reached thousands of employees across regions. Before that, at another large spirit company, I created and led the U.S. Inclusion function from scratch and helped grow it into a globally respected practice.

I bring empathy, structure, and a bias for action to every challenge. I’m known for building trust quickly, collaborating with intention, and creating space for honest dialogue. I’m also a seasoned public speaker who loves bringing people together and sharing ideas that move culture forward.

This site is a place to share what I’ve learned and reflect on what I’m still learning. I hold certifications from Stanford, Cornell, INSEAD, and SHRM, along with a PMP in project management. But more than anything, I believe in listening deeply and leading with heart.

WHERE I COME FROM

I was raised in San Francisco’s Mission District in a multiracial and multicultural family that shaped how I see the world. I’ve often been the “Only” in the room, and those experiences taught me how to navigate systems and work to change them. They continue to influence how I lead, listen, and advocate.

New York City is home now and a constant source of inspiration. Every day I cross paths with people who bring new ideas, languages, and lived experiences to the table. It reminds me why this work matters. Everyone deserves a real shot at joy, growth, and belonging at work, especially those who have been historically underestimated or left out.

WHY THIS SITE EXISTS

This space is a reflection of the work I care about most. You’ll find ideas, resources, questions, and stories. Some are polished. Some are still forming. All of them come from a place of curiosity and authenticity.

I’m always open to collaboration and conversation that pushes us forward. Let’s build something better together.

Peace,
Ingrid
